What it replaces
The same induction — without the clipboard, the queue or the filing cabinet.
No queue at the gate
The visitor does it on their own phone before they arrive, or by scanning the code at reception. Nobody waits for a room, a printout, or a person to be free.
Proof, not a signature
Every answer is scored against a pass mark. You have evidence the visitor understood the rules, not just that they signed a page saying they did.
Your own documents drive it
The COP sections are built from the mine's signed Codes of Practice. When a COP is revised the induction is updated to match, so the two cannot quietly drift apart.
Instant certificate and badge
Issued the moment they pass, valid 12 months, with a QR code security can scan at the gate to confirm it is genuine and still in date.
A record for every visitor
Name, ID, company, host, purpose, vehicle, photo, every answer given, and the date. On the admin screen and ready when an inspector or a legal query asks who was inducted, and on what.
